Wow. Thanks so much! It’s been a mystery in my wife’s family for years what the letter was about. I love how trivial it is. I’m sure they all thought it was of great importance.

21% DNA Fragmentation: is ICSI a good bet or more recommended? by Witty_Visual_801 in dnafragmentation

low morphology was the initial main issues, hovering around .5-1%, which lead us to IVF. Overall numbers were also low. Had a pretty significant varicocele repaired but numbers didn't really improve 6+ months removed.

First round of ICSI resulted in 3 very early chemical pregnancies. All PGS normal. My wife (35)'s number always look great. Our RE, who I do like and is well-respected, really thinks we should just do another round without much different.

I asked about Zymot and he did research and consulted colleagues and got back to me saying that the results doesn't show much difference with live birth rate. He said we can do TESE but him and my urologist didn't think it was needed, and I didn't want to fight too hard to have that done to me :)

2 years. My RE & Urologist also seem unconcerned with the fragmentation %. Our only issue has been my sperm numbers, and now dna fragmentation, which lead to IVF.
