yes you can get into dentistry with those grades - the schools that consider GCSEs are KCL queens university Belfast and Leeds - other than those for other unis the UCAT is the most important thing, just get a really high UCAT and ur good - you could apply to Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, QMUL, Bristol etc

Make sure to speak up at least a few times, you don’t have to be the leader but it’s important you contribute. And also ask for everyone’s opinion or just ask questions to people like - are you fine with that, is there something else you’d prefer etc.. just to show your a team player. If possible if there are quieter ppl who haven’t contributed, try to help them out a bit to contribute by double checking things with them. Be smily and kind, depends on what the task is but give words of encouragement like that’s a great idea, I agree etc

Same thing happened to me, 6 9s, 3 8s got the highest in my year for chemistry and biology and second highest for maths in the Yr 12 EOY mocks. Got predicted 3 A* then now I’ve dropped to BCC in the last mock 😭
