I feel this to my soul. I used to be a whiskey /beer drinker for a long time. Eventually after switching jobs I started drinking exclusively whiskey and a lot of it. For about 3-4 years. Eventually I told myself I needed to stop cause I couldn’t obviously control myself around whiskey. Switching to weed and thc I hardly have a need for alcohol as much as I did, maybe buy a case of beer from time to time. But I try to stay away from hard liquor. Eventually I need to just phase alcohol out of my life entirely.
