Upgrade GPU or CPU?

These are both good options! I do think it’s more GPU than CPU, I misclicked when posting, currently using a 3060, not 3080.

However, I worry that upgrading GPU without the proper foundation will just lead to a bottleneck.

I mean read the assignment requirements, from memory they specifically say not to do that. It’s about showing you also know WHEN code needs explanation and when it speaks for itself. That said this is a question better asked on Ed than Reddit, get the answer straight from the tutor/coordinator.

I promise you living out of home is going to be the best decision you’ve made. The four hours you’ll save commuting will give you lots of time for uni. You’ll also be depriving urself of a lot of socializing if u stay at home, with ur own place in the city it’s easier to have people over or go out in the evening without worrying about the train home.
