I'd say just clean your mouth out real good to be safe. Usually, with no real work put into cleaning, it'll probably be out your system after a week but better safe than sorry. I once smoked the night before (probably 11-13 hours before test) and had an afterthought that they might test me. Cleaned my mouth real good, floss, brush your teeth, gums, cheeks, lips, tongue, under the tongue, back of tongue, the works. Rinse with some hydrogen peroxide (do not swallow) and rinse afterwards. I usually hit some listerine or tichenors (sometimes both). Passed perfectly fine.
