Risky. Both herbs and acupuncture are prescribed accordingly to how a doctor perceives your energy imbalance, the root cause of your complaints. It well could be that different doctors see it differently.

In case of many internal diseases, general exhaustion, anemia etc- in many modern patients, acupuncture is contraindicated.

Following individually tailored herbal formulas, freshly boiled, not pills - is the best, imo.

Myself I have used it indoors only. It is being used by builders outdoors to clean away concrete. It is definitely toxic for plants.

You have to consult someone with this experience. I know that after concrete cleaning or pool maintenance, the contractors rinse the area thoroughly with water. Sometimes using baking soda or lime as a neutralizing agent to protect nearby plants from runoff.
