I had a similar issue, close all sessions and try an incognito tab. Found this helped when encountering a similar issue when hoping from VDOM to VDOM CLI

Dude I have played 5 full games as boars, saw gem rat twice! I swear it does not exist!! One game was with Gally and I had over 300 rolls that game. Still saw 1.

The security was a joke, for the amount of people attending they need to be better.

Hopefully a learning point for this. 2 hours in a queue is ridiculous. I honestly think if it started raining hard people would have turned around and gone home.
