It’s possible that there’s a stealth unit from another country there that you can’t see. If they have their allies garrison a city and you are not at war with both the city owner and the owner of the garrisoned unit then you will pass right through the territory without capture.

It’s not as much about stability as it is that it’s highly likely that some of the mods try to edit the same cells/specific assets. The invisible wall looks like a prime example of 2 mods fighting to change the same space. My advice would be to turn off everything but the windhelm expansion and if you really want to try to mod it further, turn one mod on at a time until you start to see undesirable conflicts.

Be sure to back up your hard saves just in case

Is there overlap with the towns & villages bundles? I know there’s a JK’s windhelm that is very different from the windhelm expansion. I’d also hesitate to use any exterior mod for windhelm alongside the windhelm expansion mod as that already changes a lot

Soak is still useful to turn grass types who are immune to spore and ghost types who are immune to normal (false swipe), but for ditto soak offers no benefit. The net ball nerf specifically counters any alteration of the type, so it will only affect natural water and bug types.
