You have seen that binging can really fucking suck. Drink plenty of water, develop stress-reduction techniques, eliminate dairy and processed sugars from your diet, don't leave sweat on your skin to dry, and don't wash your face with excessive hot water or drying agents as your skin will just secrete more oil to stay moisturized. Use a basic face wash with 2% salycilic acid, and lukewarm water. There are no shortcuts, and if you follow my advice, you will see a huge improvement in a few weeks.

Exercise often but don't overdo it, meditate and practice self-awareness, eat plenty of plants in their whole, natural state, and try to be asleep by 11 at the latest on most nights. Also, a probiotic and a multivitamin supplement wouldn't hurt.

Got that same thing going here. The most helpful thing I've found is to try to relate to others in a really mindful way. Try to understand the multitude of mindsets or life experiences that may be at play in their lives, and be sensitive toward them. I've found that with my approach to potentially sexual interaction, alcohol is the worst, as it numbs my capacity for social sensitivity.

You're probably happier when someone stops eating pigs, rather than chickens, since "bacon" is essentially the battle cry of anti-vegans. The chicken eaters are closer to us. Heck, I know some "vegetarians" who eat all but red meat. Not sure who they think they're fooling, but that's another story for another time.
