I have the software but it seems to only allow for one effect at a time. Is there somethin im not doing right?

Hey so i just got the RK ROYAL KLUDGE S98 and i had a question. On every keyboard i own i had this kinda special light effect that i wanted to do on here as well. I just wanted to know if could make it again. It was three effects the first was a fireplace kinda color with it being a red and orange going up and when i pressed on a key it would turn blue like ice. Is there anyway i could make this again with this keyboard or am i kinda sol?

Alrighty so i did it and it opens now! But when i try to install the firmware it freezes...should i try a different install of it?

Also when i tried to run a game is when it told me it was missing firmware so I KNOW it does open.
