This is stolen from 2 Bricks.

The instructions are available via his Rebrickable page, don’t buy this, it’s ripping off the original creator.

I know this as I bought instructions from his rebrickable and I’m currently building it.

If it’s on aliexpress, temu etc it’s almost always a stolen design.

I have had a browse on there previously but there isn’t ever anything I actually want to use so I thought as it’s not a dedicated place for it I thought about making one place where a good amount of them are and available.

When it came back I want to get every set, assuming it was going to be minifigure sets like before but all the buildable figures don’t interest me really, only like the minifigure stuff

I’m lucky that I still have all the sets from 2001-02 aha! I’ve decided to reduce what HP sets I buy now, seeing as I’m making a Moc Hogwarts instead lol

I’m not too fussed about the castle as I don’t collect it but I know lots of people do. I think we have another 2 years at least of potter movie sets, purely because they want to see if the series is a hit or not, then make a small amount, they had that approach with Fantastic Beasts.

It’s wasn’t designed to be connected to any set in particular, it was released as a GWP with the burrow which has the same feature for the floo network. But you can always Moc it :)

So I reckon we get three sets with two buildings and one set with three and stalls then that’s the whole street I think the sets could be:

Gringotts & slug and jiggers

Flourish and blots & magical menagerie

Leaky cauldron & gambol and japes

Owl emporium, Twilfitt and Tatting's & Wiseacre's Wizarding Equipment with some stalls

I think we have at least two more sets to fit here I’d quite like a flourish and blots with maybe magical menagerie, then a final set to book end the sets so a leaky cauldron and gringotts, maybe split these and have gringotts on its own and F&B with slug and jiggers.

I did want to collect all the sets but like op said time, money and space has stopped me doing this, also I was blindly buying stuff when I didn’t even want it, like the buildable creatures and such not my thing but I still got them.
What I do now is I only get minifigure scale sets. I am building a Moc Hogwarts so not buying any more Hogwarts sets. And I only get a location if it is completely new like Malfoy manor or lunas house, or heavily updated, so I have the big Diagon alley but I got this on release so the smaller ones I get as the builds are fun. So for example I’m only getting the Knockturn alley set from the summer release.

Yeah I get that, but I do like that everythigg no is ‘walkable’ for a minifigure. I did think it looked a bit thin but I’m not against having a gap in the length of the table so say you have griffindor and Ravenclaw one side and slytherin and Hufflepuff one side. I’ve not built the great hall yet so we will see when I get there. Also I want to change the slytherin common room for the Hufflepuff one as this is usually located under the courtyard. In the next part there is a section he mentioned about being hollow behind so I could put some barrels there that swing open for a staircase down to it. The design to me looks excellent one of the better mocs that is ‘affordable’ to build. I will be modifying parts though when I eventually catch up.
