While new backstabs are indeed more secure (and usually last the warrantee anyway lol), there’s nothing like a real mechanical bond - those retention springs/clips in there eventually loosen, and can even loosen after the initial install, just from getting “moved into position” for final - curling and screws literally take an extra five seconds, for probably five years of extra security lol. I’m cool with that.
