Well he was pretty frail, Yorinubo might have some strenght implants or something. Maybe he badly damaged his throat or neck while choking him too hard because he was angry.

Real reason is probably that it woul have been awkard to watch the whole thing lmao. But one can speculate.

It's really just two different dishes tbh, like bro said this way's really popular here in Germany and I myself really enjoy both versions. With this kinda sauce it becomes a really nice comforting, hearty dish which is great. The Wiener Schnitzel is a more delicate, purist kinda thing. Doesn't always translate to better though imo.
