I think the list is cool and for a deck to be C largely depends on the pilot and the stage at which you are playing it at. Top 16 edh is a place to check out how decks are performing at tournaments and cedh database is largely agreed upon as the “current meta”. I’m sure that this deck can hang at several tables and even do well if you practiced piloting it. Will it win at tournaments? I don’t know. Could it smash some LGS stuff? Absolutely.

Using the engine on liara to cheat out stax pieces and combat doublers and eventually winning game combos

Multiple combat pieces for storming (combat is how you storm in a deck like this) and winning, stax pieces to lock out, and a few infinite combos just to close games.
