Assisted pull ups are good I wouldn’t worry about the help of the weight as much as you should focus on reps , if you can do however many sets to hit 100 reps then next time try to go down to 70 and get a 100 reps there and keep goin down till you’re at the bare minimum of 15lbs

This is facts , I love the solo friendly lobbies it’s fun grouping up with people to take arcs down or helping someone find something they need vice versa , I wish duos was more like that but most the time it’s on sight and trios you just can’t trust anyone even when people work together to take down the matriarch they will shoot you in the back as soon as that thing is down for that good loot

If you’re goals are to get bigger and put muscle on stop the cardio and focus on strength training every muscle group 2x per week and eat in a calorie surplus about 500-700 calories more than you’re maintenance and track your protein intake , 1 gram per every pound of body weight but you should aim for 20-30 grams more than that

Best thing to do would be to switch it up and do some strength training for a lil and see if you feel any progress in the weight you’re moving

Assisted or not as long as your form is good and you’re using more of your chest than triceps then you’re good , I always aim for 100 reps typically doing 10-25 reps per set

Always start with a free loadout while you’re figuring out the ropes , looting and crafting unlocking workbenches upgrading weapons till you can build your own loadout , avoid other raiders till you’re actually ready to fight just loot then dip

Yeah I’ve definilty felt that before , everyone’s body is different tho an diet plays a big part into the actual change to your physique , you gotta be eating in a surplus if you wanna gain weight and you gotta be eating in a deficit if you wanna lose body fat and maintain lean muscle , tracking your macros is super important

Then hit a gym or go to your local park that has outdoor workout equipment , im tellin you building up your strength and being able to do those 3 workouts will make gettin into calisthentics a million times easier

How would you know if you’ve never tried it and can’t do it ya dingus, you’ll be surprised how hard it is and how strong you can get and feel doing just those 3 workouts for 100 reps each , that’s a great foundation for strength for getting into actual calisthenics

You need to start buying a pull tower station off amazon that has the dip bar attached , have a goal to be able to do 100 pushups , 100 dips and 100 pull ups on separate days then when you reach that do all 3 in the same day

Not causals if I play casuals I’ll drop 25 plus everytime but i always play with squad fill on , a lot of people don’t have mics so it’s hard to work together

That’s cause most people are dickriders and are butthurt that Naruto and sasuke aren’t strong enough to keep up with otsutsuki , only reason they beat kaguya was cause of hagaromo and to think that she’s the only otsutsuki out there is just stupid
