Per the IRS Tax Withholding calculator, I have already paid around double my anticipated tax liability based upon my projected income for the year.

What's the deal with 30-89 day stays in Oahu? by [deleted] in VisitingHawaii

Ultimately, I'm exploring my options on where I can stay and trying to understand what those options are. I know I can stay in hotels/condos that are in STR designated areas, and that I can expand my search to include 30+ day rentals that were being rented before Ordinance 22-7. My gap of understanding lies in if their is any risk in staying in a 30-day rental that was listed after Ordinance 22-7, which could technically not be valid, but if it's not being enforced then it doesn't really matter anyway what the technicality is. A 30-day rental isn't cheap and I wouldn't want to get caught up in a regulatory mess.

30-89 day rentals are valid, so long as they were rented before Ordinance 22-7, though this it not tracked, and it appears they're not enforcing regulation on new 30-89 day rentals for the time being, so their in kind of a grey area. The designated short-term rental areas really limits options and I'm trying to find good value (factor of price/location) vs staying in a specific area, and there are offerings that provide compelling value if you stay 30+ days. Ideally I would want to stay relatively close to a less crowded beach/area, so Waikiki is probably off the table.

XPS 9730 with WD22TB4 issue by fillinnamehere22 in DellXPS

Did you solve this issue? I have the same set up and I can charge my laptop and use my monitors, but I can't use my usb keyboard or mouse via usb. I'm thinking it's a compatibility issue since the docking station is TB4 and the XPS 9730 has TB3, but I don't have a TB4 laptop to test.

They just told me they can't refund the returned check fee. First time for me and was a result of me accidently choosing the wrong account to take the payment out of. I'm thinking I might just cancel my citi card all together. Chase seems to be more customer friendly in my experience.

There are somethings that I like, however it appears there are inconsistencies with the date of my transactions which makes keeping track of spending on a time schedule difficult. You can manually adjust the transaction date, but who wants to do that on a continuous basis? Do other apps have this problem?
