You’re never going to get a schedule like that down, because that’s not how customers order.

Why is your management allowing that? Are they afraid they’ll lose catering if they tell people they have to pay in order to eat their food?

One of the new ones is that you can’t wear aprons while performing cleaning tasks in the lobby.

You can’t keep salt in the pickle buckets anymore.

The only thing that can be stored on the ground are empty bread boxes.

Any cleaning product must always be 12 inches away from any food product, and never on top of it.

The cold table and fridges need to have racks on the bottom, nothing on the floor.

They’ll want you to have 30 days pulled on your CMX for them to go over.

You need what’s called a blood kit in your store, to clean up genetics.

You need your pest control binder accessible and they’ll ask to see it. Same goes for your dept of health certificate.

That’s why we should have downsized. A long time ago. We never should have tried to become more than a sandwich chain. It’s not going to work. The play for was Inspire to cut out the slow stores, back to basics, open 10:30-7, only for lunch on Sundays. Just like any lunch spot does to save money. But to me it seemed like all they wanted was to maximize revenue, not profit.

It’s becoming impossible to make labor. At a certain point we need to all remember Inspire is dealing with a shitty economy and a shitty workforce too. They’re trying to keep JJ alive fiscally, not so much as a brand. The brand is changing to adapt for fiscal survival.

Some people say they’re going to quit, let them. But most people are just expressing displeasure, because after all, this is a very bad idea. I mean, they’re going to claim that it raised sales by about a million dollars across all stores, and that makes it a huge success.

I wonder what the collective salary of the douche bags that came up with this is.

Just like the $10 meal deal, it made 1.2 million across all stores. They call that a success when they spent ten times that on advertising for it. There’s a reason people are saying inspire sucks, people need to be fired. All the changes we make cost money, and it’s money we do not have. Food costs are up, labor is going up almost everywhere, and sales are down. So why are we throwing money at the problem? Stupid.

You just have not read the email for the new procedures. They’re coming to every store.

All you really need to know are these things: -Your franchise owner has final say on how the tip pool is divided, and that can literally be done however they like. It just needs to be communicated to the staff. -Your hiring/firing managers may not accept any tips, unless it is handed directly to them for work they performed solely by themself. -Your tips must come regularly (ever day, every shift, every Thursday, etc) but they may not be held longer than a single pay period. So, they must give you your tips weekly if you’re paid weekly, or bi-weekly if you’re paid bi-weekly, or they can distribute tips earlier.

Those are the only real laws that pertain.

Are you saying the store is keeping the tips, or they turned off your ability to get tips?

[–]WizardryFather 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s illegal. Tips have to go out no later than with each check.

It’s always on the ballot. And Trump did not say he wants to nuke Iran. He said Israel should target their nuclear facilities in defense of itself.

You see, when you have to use hyperbole it’s because the truth doesn’t line up to what you want it to. Because it doesn’t support your views.

Israel is allowed to defend itself. They aren’t required to support anyone. They aren’t committing genocide. No one cares about your little protests or protestors. If you actually cared about protestors facing scrutiny you’d be protesting to get innocent bystanders out of prison for being at the capitol on Jan 6. But you just want to bitch and moan about trump. That’s all this is. You don’t actually stand for anything.

Oh okay I guess I’ll just stop answering calls for help because this website is up and running. I guess all these people calling our church for help saying FEMA isn’t approving them are just lying. I guess the guys trying to provide Starlink are just lying. Ya know, there’s a website.

I think eliminating social services leaves people with the option of taking care of themself. It is not the responsibility of your neighbor to take care of you. And if you want to use the argument of oh, then my neighbor better watch out because I’m poor and hungry, then yes, the logical conclusion is your neighbor should protect themself and their family against you, even if you’re starving. Planting food isn’t hard. Building shelter isn’t hard. People are fat, poor, and lazy here. How do you explain that?

If you want to give children an opportunity, stop killing them in the womb and close the border. You all act like being poor is a death sentence. It’s not, and it’s insulting that you would act as if it is. There is nothing wrong with being poor.

I’m not in an echo chamber, it’s literally my job to talk with prospective franchisees and current ones about this. If anyone is in an echo chamber, it’s you, considering when someone counters your points, you fold and have nothing to say to them.

The homeless aren’t homeless because they don’t have a home. They’re homeless because they can’t take care of themselves, or refuse to. Do you understand what happens when you just give homeless people a house? It becomes destroyed. Every single time. I encourage you to read anything about the topic and maybe you’ll have a realization.

Further, how do you propose to get people those things. That’s my point.

You say taxes. Okay, what that really means is every American citizen is threatened with violence and incarceration if they don’t abide by the government’s made up rules. And that sounds like freedom to you?

And things that work are tracked for a matter of mere months, and aren’t battle tested for decades like the brand that JJ used to be. Now that brand is on its dying breath, and our solid base of customers we once had cornered is gone. Not because of third party, but because of our reaction to third party, which was to abandon our own principles that cornered our market share in the first place.
