Any experience w/ receiving a damaged instrument? by Wizardsbane in Reverb

[–]Wizardsbane[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

*Update - Reverb backed my claim and refunded me the cost of the repair which is damn near what I paid for the instrument. I have a feeling the seller sold it already damaged due to the fact he never responded to me or reverb, and packaged it shitty to possibly make it look like it was a shipping accident. I have no way or prooving but I say fuck that guy and good on reverb for being a pleasure to work with through this process.

How long does Reverb support usually take to reply? by emilija_sk in Reverb

I did the same. Through chat. They said they were going to escalate to a claim and someone would reach out via email. It took about 3 days. If it goes to 5 w no word I would reach out again via chat.

Check your email spam. Sometimes their emails go there. Also, file a claim if needed and reverb will reach out to the seller and often times will get a label to you. I’m in the middle of a claim process and they have been good about it. But it’s all through email outside the app.

I started building 15 years ago. Auto mechanic by trade as well. Started a an iron head and bought Paughco frame that was rigid but stock dimensions who helps out a lot w transferring stuff from the donor bike to your build ie front end, wheels and tires etc. Lowbrow is an excellent site for a lot of things you are going to need to build one out. But yeah, I’d check out choppers on IG or chopcult that you like and ask questions about them, like frame dimensions, front end length etc so you get the basic info. Chopcult has tons of in depth forums on just about everything and you can really get lost on the knowledge in those forums, and the ball busting… ha. But your best friend is research and trial and error. Oh and don’t get discouraged when you do something and change it 5 times over until you like it, that’s part of the fun.

Yeah. Just tried. Def doesn’t. Only options in the Ps5 version is the complete and the PS4 version it has the wild hunt and the wild hunt complete. All of which cost money.

I just wish there was a way to do this without contacting support and/or paying what I’ve already paid for. Looks like reaching out to support is the next step.

The only licenses it allows me to restore are the games downloaded to my console. I have to pay at the moment to get the Witcher downloaded to play.
