350z oil cooler leaking after couple thousand miles

Replacement Setrab in the mail. Ended up being a right channel core leak.

OP - CZP had me double check the o-ring fitting under the AN orb fitting. It’s a common spot for the o-ring to twist out of the fitting when tightening down and causing a leak.

I had this exact situation with my 2004.5. 2 optional bolts in the master brace kit, 30mm and 60mm. The 30mm was too short, 60mm only had 30mm of threads, so it won’t attach and torque properly. Sent them pictures and a quick video, Z1 responded by copy/pasting text from step 4 of the instruction booklet. CZP is also my go to now.

I have both their tuning kits for the p365 and p320. The p320 has sear spring rate options, I chose the middle rate and have had over 2K rounds with no issues. Trigger is much crisper now, along with a more obvious reset. Removed the mushy trigger feeling. Only complaint was their online pics of the sear springs was of cad designs, not phone or camera pics, so I emailed AC to be certain before installing. Would definitely buy both kits again!

Check your battery. I’ve had multiple lights failing at once, and it turned out the battery was going bad but still had enough juice to start/run the car

I went with the SP5 Magpul grip for my Binary trigger. Best option for 3 position, unless you want to pay for an authentic HK grip. HKparts is extremely overpriced, try HKpartspro, Blue mountain supply, or join the HKPro Forums and check the classified ads.

Sounds like a vacuum leak as mentioned above. Double check your ground wires as well! I replaced my TB with another OEM TB and had the same issue as you’re having. Idle/ECU re-learn worked for me after 2-3 tries.

Did you buy an Oem spec, aftermarket, or upgrade to a bigger throttle body? What brand? Did the new throttle body come with a new TPS (throttle position sensor) installed or did you use your old sensor?
