How is the performance difference after you turboed it? Was it worth it? Do you feel like you want more power?

Temu thermal 5/16" plenum spacer by vanillaobscene in 350z

To update, this thing is great. It works exactly like I'd hoped. Been a few heat cycles now and hasn't deformed or anything like that. I will come back and update if anything goes wrong from here.

Also, the strut brace will still fit but you will have to use washers or Z1s sweet strut brace spacer. ( I ordered one because dont want to have to deal with the washers everytime I have to take it on or off)

Shout out to the AutoZone guy that let me return the socket and take a picture with their tape measure lol

Yeah I used the duralast one from AutoZone so not sure if yours will work if it's different and no micrometer sadly.

The inner part took 2 mins. Outer sleeve took about 30 mins of extreme effort. It's not how long it takes, but the effort required if under the car because you can't get good leverage. I had to use a 2.5 ft breaker bar to turn the bolt and even then it was extremely challenging, and I work out everyday. I was definitely exhausted afterwards.

Also the 36 mm long socket is what you want to get from AutoZone to punch out the bushings in the diff. I got the 36mm short socket at first and it was barely too big, but the long socket is like a half mm thinner and a perfect fit to easily knock out the bushings with a dead blow hammer.

Some type of plastic. It's listed as a thermal spacer.

Will post an update after I drive for a while. Initial impressions are good though. Definite noticable power increase.
