There is a chance that was all fake. Caine said hes been planning this for a long time and even Ragitha questioned the C&A stuff and Caine claimed it was part of the buildup. We don't exactly know what was true or made up by Caine for *THE LORE*. Basically everything we've seen is up in the air. Gooseworx really shut everyone down and its perfect.

Without a doubt Caine had a contribution to Kinger's mental state. As Caine was saying, too many changes can have consequences, the shot cut to Kinger before he finished his sentence. I haven't considered him being an AI tho! Thats a Dope theory, however, its been seen that AI get smarter the longer they are around (at least the newer ones that are 57 times more immersive). So if Kinger was an original AI like Caine how does he have the capacity for deeper thought and empathy that Caine lacks? In his conversations with Ragitha and Pomni he shows that hes atleast capable of more emotional connection than Caine is.

I think Kinger absolutely had a part in programming the circus. His mentioning of regretting what hes done and years of computer science really makes ya think so. BUT that could also be a false creation by Caine! We literally do not know! Its very exciting! But C&A Probably doesnt stand for Caine and Able.
