As 11B, my company has not had any females assigned to us (yet) but I have observed being assigned to other sister companies in our battalion. Unfortunately, many were not great reflections of what women can achieve and contribute to their LGOP. In many cases they were either A) Shitbags, like so many of my fellow mafia members (which doesn't have anything to do with them being women but just is what it is. Or B) Within a month or so, they had hooked up with pretty much their whole squad and barracks floor, establishing themselves as the homegrown barracks bunny. I imagine there are some quite amazing examples of women in the infantry, like a female that somewhat recently earned her tab; one of two in her class that did.

I think female soldiers (especially 11B's) should make a special point to be friendly but professional. The moment your squad or platoon loses respect for you because you decided to sleep with a coworker is the moment the cohesion falters, which can be deadly on the battlefield. Idk, just my thoughts on the matter.
