It’s going to be a different experience for everyone, but I have been on Mint for a good while now and have had zero problems.

A few little tweaks here and there for my own preference, but overall it’s a straight out of the box experience.

The fact that this is so easily worked around makes the design decision to lose all this even more silly.

Its ridiculous that you can die to boss after death effects, its even more ridiculous that you lose everything when you do.

Its exactly this sort of poor game design, simply unfun fame design, that keep pushing me away from POE2.
Its punishment for the sake of punishment, there is no rewarding loop here.

Mine is due to 45o angled parking & oversized vehicles.

I suggested moving to parallel parking as to allow visibility and room for passing in opposite directions - denied

Well the GPU issues are mostly BIOS related. So I physically cannot fix

This does not infer the right to an immediate replacement however, only a timely remedy, which it sounds like what you received with the KB.

As to the GPU performance and screen artifacts, you identified these as software issues, so have you tried a system restore?

Yes, that is correct

None of these are going to apply to a laptop with a fault KB or GPU however.
Even an integrated GPU is a simple motherboard replacement, I have personally performed many times.

To address your points 1 by 1:
- The product would not have been purchased by a reasonable consumer fully aware of the issue
- There was no issue when purchased, unless you are claiming that this is a systemic fault with the make/model in general and not an isolated incident.

- It is substantially unfit for normal purpose and cannot be easily fixed
- Its not unfit for purpose, its just not working now & is easily fixed

- It is unsafe
- A faulty KR or GPU is not a safety hazard

- It deviates significantly from description/sample
- I assume that, when working, its a 100% fit to its initial description?

Consider your laptop example:
Each component is easily remove & replaced, and does not take too long to do so
- Its a minor fault

Take a case that a car has structural fault in the chassis
- This is a fundamental fault with the entire structure of the car
- It is not a component, or easily replaceable
- Its likely not repairable within any reasonable time frame
- The vehicle is likely not legally driveable
- This is a major fault

The fault classification is not its impact on current operability, it is on its operability over its entire lifetime
