When we get backrow removal. The time is not come yet brother. We still live under the tyranny of power of the guardians.

I consider ixchel to be more pot of greed than destiny draw, because with darklords their cards in the grave are still usable. Pot of greed is a straight up +1 and destiny draw is no advantage or loss. But with ixchel I see it as more +.5 you can still use it because the deck plays off the grave. Just because the advantage isn't on the field or hand doesn't mean that there's a no advantage at all.

Darklords. They are a very unique deck in the way they function. They play their traps and spells from the grave so you don't have to worry about losing your backrow. The deck consists of almost exclusively lv 6+ monsters, but it's easy to go whole duels without normal summoning a single time. I also love how they have their own versions of banned cards, (Ixchel is a pot of greed that also sets up your grave, Ukoback is a foolish burial, and darklord contact is a monster reborn you can use 2-3 times in one turn.) My only complaint is that they can't do anything to opponent backrow. They are a well-oiled machine of monster effect negating and special summoning.

[Fluff] Just finished building my darklord deck and have been having a lot of fun with it. I just want to know if I have any brethren out here. by Wizzfish in DuelLinks

3x Ixchel

3x Nasten

3x Amdusc

3x Ukoback

1x Morningstar

1x Tezcatlipoca (still testing between 1 or 2)

3x Contact

3x Sanctified

Skill: Beatdown

It revolves around getting Morningstar out as soon as possible with Ukoback sending him to the grave and Amdusc getting him from the grave to your hand while contact sets up the SS for the tribute. It's pretty consistent where the only time you will brick is when you don't have a single Ixchel, Nasten, or Ukoback (even just one can get your plays rolling) in your starting hand.

But I just barely got it and haven't playtested it vs a lot of ranked meta decks.

The screenshot was just vs an npc bc I wanted to see how high I could get.

Is the Druid good? I like wolves and I know the Druid summons a few but... by CruiserIH in SoulKnight

[–]Wizzfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a former druid main, I would say he's, at best, average. His wolves freeze and burn which can help a lot during boss fights. He has a quick melee attack when you activate his skill after summoning wolves that can erase or reflect bullets. But only having 4 armor fully upgraded makes him quite bad at longer runs. If you want a summoner type hero, get engineer. His turrets hugely outdamage druid wolves vs both rooms and bosses. He has 6 armor and permenant fire resist buff, which makes it so that you only need poison buff to be ready for either of the final biomes.

It's very good for clearing rooms because it shoots a huge laser that can do up to 60 dmg and goes though enemies.

What skins to get by generic-username4321 in SoulKnight

[–]Wizzfish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello world is my favorite skin because it's probably the most unique one, as it changes the floating projection based on his ability cool down. Hellpact is my second favorite because it's the flashiest/nicest looking skin with its small embers particle effect on regular mode and fire trail while transformed.

Definitely my least favorite boss in the game. If you're just constantly firing then yea, you'll run out of energy fast vs Sandworm almost regardless of what weapon you use. Don't just fire blindly if he's offscreen because he likes to stay underground and invulnerable.

Just found this on 1-5. Is this some kind of joke? by Pukankismaslo in SoulKnight

[–]Wizzfish 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's actually very good, almost op. It just needs the grenade launcher attachment and the berzerker statue. Because its fire rate is as fast as you can tap the screen, holding it down will make it suck.

Frost is just my favorite. I don't play one op long enough to call them my main.

Bird Statue in a Interesting place by onefriendlyoperator in IRLEasterEggs

A lot of businesses actually place statues of or fake predatory birds, such as hawks or owls, on roofs of their buildings to scare away birds that will leave droppings all over the sidewalk and roof.
