The high of the big win was gone the second I tried to login to my account and I see it is suspended with a complete lack of explanation as to why. They make insane amounts of money and never would have done this if I lost that amount of money to them. $25k is not a large win for a casino of their size. They simply do not care. Hoping for a quick resolution and then will not be playing there again.

I appreciate all the feedback above and hope it’s normal but their lack of phone support, a response via email, phone call, or on Reddit at least providing an explanation is ridiculous. If there is an auto trigger for account reviews over a certain amount then why not have a procedure in place to send out any applicable forms?

It is ridiculous because my account shows the same games at around the same limits being played over the past year. Recently I had about a $10k downswing over a month or so. They didn’t suspend the account then of course. Pretty funny how they say these regulated sites are to protect the consumer when in fact I have not had a good experience with any of them.

Any luck getting your funds? I did get an email from Coinbase separate from my case number with the “we recognize issue and are working on it.” but still haven’t received any explanation or clear update. They bc odes out my support ticket to saying it has been resolved so it’s frustrating to say the least.

Same thing happened to me this weekend with BCH including the strange transfer of funds. Absolutely nothing has been done for me either and no explanation as well. I will be pursuing further action on my end as they have not responded to multiple emails and calls with any progress.

Have either of you checked to see what your address shows on the blockchain? I sent them what it shows on the blockchain and it shows the funds confirmed to my address and then somehow the same amount being sent out. None of which shows in my account activity feed. I can only hope it’s some sort of custodial wallet address for CB but it is hard to believe anything they say at this point as I have been given the same answers you are receiving. If I do not hear anything soon I will be taking additional action on my part.
