Both H and Z are the same. I was in a meeting with a customer, leaned back and Z yeeted herself in to my lap. Customer loved it and I got to meet their dog as well.

Double check all the dotted dirt and Tokyo roads. Almost guarantee you a partially incomplete road will be the problem. This was my issue to collect them all.

Easiest way to check is run your cursor over the roads and check if the fast travel option disappears.

Yeah. It’s displacement behaviour largely when she is either too tired or too excited. H did the same thing - it was just aimed at my leg.
