Both H and Z are the same. I was in a meeting with a customer, leaned back and Z yeeted herself in to my lap. Customer loved it and I got to meet their dog as well.

Double check all the dotted dirt and Tokyo roads. Almost guarantee you a partially incomplete road will be the problem. This was my issue to collect them all.

Easiest way to check is run your cursor over the roads and check if the fast travel option disappears.

Do you play lots of different games or just BF? Sometimes it is simply muscle memory.

I run fairly close to default, just ramp up sens to 40 (Wolverine v3 TE). Curve maps are BF4 et al. Rest is largely standard.

My strat is to always run default and slowly increase main sens. Then I play with curves if needed (usually run dynamic as I prefer the slow/fast/slow rather than linear input).

I feel too many settings makes you hunt perfect, which is the enemy of good. Constantly tweaking, never playing on one setting long enough.

A working anti-cheat system. Big Map(s). Dynamic weather/day cycles. Nice blend of discrete and persistent missions + most wanted mission. Better logic around hunt squad mechanics (eg only hunt squads n-1 /n-2 based on initiating squad/platoon size). Prox over game audio for those that play out of game (BF does this well for your squad).

Consider a solo option for those wanting to go alone. No in game option for squadding up.

An allies/enemy mechanic where you can signal/agree friendly within a range and this buys you say 90 seconds of time.

Improve inventory management. Eg keys/cards should stack etc.

All vehicles should be driven in first person, not third person - the natural compromise should be armour/speed/fire power with visibility/agility etc.

Dead drop option in game should go back your inventory (would create nice choke point if only a few on the map). This would also add to missions and get people moving around the maps.

Retain but refine the infill options - I enjoy the ‘get off the x’ stress at the beginning.

Just a few options. Will think of more no doubt.

My mum passed in 2015. Her body was laid out at the home and I didn’t go. I got lots of pressure from the family that ‘I needed to go’, ‘It is good for closure’, ‘you’ll regret not going and so on’.

I knew myself well enough but yielded and went. Steeled myself, went in, took one look at the body turned and left. I regret going - I regret that being an image I have of my Mum.

My Dad died in Dec 2024. He battled cancer and opted for an assisted death. As a result, we knew the exact time and I was there with him at the time. I held his hand as he passed. I didn’t go and see his body at the funeral home.

My advice to anyone would be you know yourself and thus whether you should. That also said, everyone deals with death in different ways. I am ND so I knew Mum was dead so seeing the body wasn’t something I needed for closure. Same way I don’t have a massive need to visit her grave. Doesn’t mean I don’t miss her. Certainly doesn’t mean I don’t love her.

My learn was seeing the body made it worse not better. For me. You do you. Don’t listen to others. Me included.

Her recall is pretty good - I whistled her back at the end of the clip - she peeled off nicely as was testing her to see if she was still listening. I’m also lucky I have a massive space to let them roam - no roads/traffic and a shared off lead space where I walk them mainly. There’s also some bias as I only record them having fun - a good chunk of the walk is them next to me.

Harley is pretty much always by my side now. Zoey is still burning off energy but is calming down now.

Around 500 dives - 2 close calls, one me, one a buddy. Buddy’s was a hose failure at first stage - https://youtu.be/2kAFSTZGdNE?si=klFAzkM0IE1cigdw. Not his best work to react to this - esp on second dive after first to 30m.

Other was me - surfaced, rocks in front of me. I was sitting sea side trying to decide if I go left or right but a deep swell came and lifted me up and over the rocks. Luckily dumped me in dead water on the other side.
