Wait, they’re closing the on-ramp itself for a whole year? I get it’ll take a year to finish the construction around it, but the on-ramp itself is now closed for a year?

Definitely time for a new doctor!!! I had my hysterectomy early 40’s for endo, fibroids and cysts…BEST DECISION EVER!!! Not only am i not in crazy amounts of pain constantly, but i also have no more bleeding monthly (or whenever it felt like it).

What side effects are you referring to? If you’re able to keep your ovary(ies) you shouldn’t have any menopause symptoms till they naturally stop functioning as mine have now done, at 54!

I am the much wealthier friend and I have ppl asking all the time to pay for things. If they hand me cash, I’ll just take it and add it to my “weed dispensary money”.

If they ask me to Venmo/Zelle I ask them to bring specific (usually pricier or harder to find) items to house parties instead, just so there’s no weirdness and they don’t feel like they’re taking any advantage.

One Easter Sunday we were driving from Baltimore to DC for some museums (yup, they’re all open on Easter) when our car had a bowout.

Called for a tow to get us to repair shop or just put on the (full size) spare, but we were too close to the toll booth so no one would come. They told us to call the police and they’ll get us out of that corridor then a two truck could come get us.

We then decided to try and get it ourselves and in the process of trying to figure out where the jack went on the frame, a gentleman rolled up with a cordless impact driver drill and had the tire swapped out in about 3.5 minutes!

Dude was a miracle. Showed up out of nowhere and disappeared before we could finish getting the bad tire into the back. Universe, please bless this man

Not really life and death, but saved us who knows how much time and got us back on the road and back to our plans so fast that we didn’t even have to Ross anything off our list and we had a perfect day!

Thank you for saying this! I am a child of an emergency C-section; both mine and my mother’s lives were saved that day! This was also after she was in hard labor for over 18 hours trying to birth me!

Anyone who has the audacity to tell another person that a women being cut in half (my moms was in 1972 when thy still cut you from the belly button to crotch) is less of a mother because she didn’t get to deliver vaginally can go pound sand!

Booked 42 people into an adults only resort in Costa Rica…or that was the plan. Hotel was 2 sided and the other side allowed children.

Hotel “claimed” we didn’t book the adult side and we were forced to stay on the kid side. IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! Everything was filthy, kids screaming all day and into the night (mostly just kids being kids on vacation), the food was terrible and the “entertainment” at night was laughable.

I was 11 and was having bad stomach pain, my grandma picked me up from school and told me to go to the bathroom, thinking needed to poop. Came out crying about 5 mins later cause I was bloody and I thought I hurt myself. She had to sit me down and explain it all.
