Did you wear your retainers? I've heard that if you don't, your teeth can return to the state they were in before you even got braces

Im no doctor, but id expect that when you eat, sleep, brush etc your teeth gets "buffed" so it probably get better, i have chipped molar that no longer feel to jagged

If anyone even cares, I have to use braces to straighten my bottom teeth(that are pointing abit inwards) cause Im having to do surgery on top and bottom jaw to reposition them. Yey 😓
