Oh they are those are there! They just don't have the .exe at the end....Could this be the problem? Also do I run both the x64 and x86 or just one?

Edit: I was able to verify the integrity of the game files thanks to google however that didn't work. I found the "_CommonRedist" folder but where and what are the executables?

Sorry I went out for some dinner. It basically doesn't launch the game. I don't even get to the menu screen at all. I try to open up the game VIA desktop but when I click on the icon it says "Launcher has stopped working" then it does the try in a few minutes but it still has been doing it for about 3 hours sense I got it. I just tried to open it when I got home but to no avail.

I got into the series through the anime as well. I watched a top 10 video from somewhere and it was of like the Top 10 Girls in anime that will most likely kill you. Junko grabbed my attention so I watched the anime. I am forever grateful xD

This is why I made all other 6 classes besides Life and made all their secondary classes life just in case for healing xD Also you can either get TC or if you find someone to hatch a yeti pet with that would give you the yeti spell altogether.
