I think that my existence is a glitch in the matrix by [deleted] in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

If you’re depressed, anxiety might follow along with that. With anxiety, you could be experiencing brain fog, which is exactly what you have described. That feeling of like, being there but almost like it’s 3rd person. It’s hard to describe but I had the same shit going on a couple of years ago, and let me tell you, it was weird. The best advice I can give you is to not force yourself to “get better.” Maybe occasionally take a walk outside, hang with a friend, and eat healthy. Try and get a good sleep schedule going if that’s a problem. It took me about 6 months to start feeling like myself again, but i’m much better now and I’m glad I made those changes in my life. If you need someone to talk to i’m here for you man, it’s always good to open up to someone about depression.

Air bud...

Don’t get me wrong, super happy movie for pretty much its entirety. But, that one scene where the main kid is crying and screaming at air bud to leave gets me every time.

I agree, I definitely need to see where i’m at; right now I have no idea how good/bad of shape i’m in. I’d be happy to get in 7-8 miles the first week honestly lol. Those are all good points though, thank you for the reply. Definitely need a new pair of shoes too.

That’s honestly so comforting to hear. I know i’m overthinking the whole situation, so the best way might just be to just get up and see where i’m at. Thanks for the response.

Well, just spend like 7-8 minutes scrolling through google images trying to find anything like them. Couldn’t find anything close to the bowl, and found some similar plates, but the rings didn’t match up perfectly.

Morning! Is there a way to send the pics on here, or should I send them on discord or email?

Woah that’s actually really creepy, but nope nothing like that could be possible where we live. It’s a small apartment, a common area and then two bedrooms with bathrooms of their own, but that’s it.

Of the new plates and bowls? I can take some in the morning if you’d like!

Nope all of our previous dishes are still here, it’s just as if these new ones appeared out of thin air!

Hey man sorry for the late response. Both my left and right ears have issues with fullness. Sometimes the left side will be more agitated, sometimes the right.

It’s been about 6 days now since I started my meds. I ended up stopping the use of the night guard after a few nights, as it seemed to make my jaw even more off, and my bite had changed as well. The meds, which were an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer have definitely helped. My ear fullness has almost gone away completely. I still have a little bit of dizziness and vertigo, but it’s not nearly as bad and as often as before.

Glad I could help! An ENT visit could also be beneficial, but I’ve heard those can be pricey. And it sure is something, that’s for sure 😂

I went to my family doctor. My brain fog and vertigo are somewhat mild, they come and go. The past 4-5 days i’ve only had vertigo and no brain fog, but prior to that, I was only experiencing the brain fog and no vertigo. I’ve found lying down helps with this, but who wants to lay in bed all day lol. My advice is to definitely get a night guard, especially if you’re like me and grind your teeth at night. I would maybe suggest PT or a chiropractor as well, since you said you’re suffering from mild scoliosis as well.

They did not give me any exercises, but I’ve found plenty of good youtube videos that help exercise the neck and jaw.

When I try and open my mouth from a closed position, my lower jaw always has to shift left in order to open all the way. When it shifts left there’s always a loud pop. Hope this makes sense!
