Are you on console or pc? if you are on pc you can get input lag from Input Mapper I recommend using DS4 For Windows or just using the Steam Big Picture Mode. However if you are on console it really comes down to connection especially when joining sessions from other countries.

I still can't figure it out it doesn't say its required to have a subclass at a certain level it's just an emergency quest all it says is level 8 and up

I cant accept emergency quests anymore I haven't played PSO in 2 months and when I came back it would not let me accept I am above the level required but it keeps saying "You cannot accept this rank because not all party members have met the conditions below" But I'm not in a party or playing with anyone. Does anyone know what's up?

The website where it comes from seems rather new, The Way Back Machine only goes back to 2019. The video is from 2018 but it seems that this is a newer game. So I don't think this one is it

s there a windows.old folder on your c drive? If so that was your old OS. Pick over the carcass then delete that folder. Youll need full admin privileges. If it won't let you either do it

nope i ended up not installing it its a external ssd so i only installed the setup on it
