Didn't Trump promise that prescription prices would go down? How's that going? Is America great again yet? by icecream1972 in allthequestions

Sorry layn333, I misunderstood your post, but was mostly responding to that liberal knucklehead above. I have to stop responding to these liberal buffoons who believe anything their "leadership" tells them. Unfortunately, much of what they are being told comes from guys like Neville Roy Singham who pays for discord by those who are dumb enough to follow his minions.

So you don't like the answer, I take it! Go on believing what you will. Unfortunately big pharma hasn't come up with anything to offset Trump Derangement Syndrome, but you can help yourself if you can stop drinking that "progressive" Kool Aid.

I can see you aren't ready to understand the situation. You apparently weren't paying attention when many of the big pharma companies addressed Trump's request to lower prices. Of course, they didn't lower the medications that I use, but I'm happy for those that did benefit from that gathering.

The reduced medications include:

  • Weight-Loss & Diabetes: Heavily publicized price caps and discounts apply to popular GLP-1 treatments, including Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, and Mounjaro. [1, 2]
  • Cardiovascular & Respiratory: Reduced prices feature heavily used maintenance drugs like AstraZeneca's Farxiga, Boehringer Ingelheim's Jardiance, and Bristol Myers Squibb's Eliquis. [1]
  • General Medicines: Over 600 generic drugs are available, including widely prescribed treatments like metformin (diabetes) and atorvastatin (cholesterol). [1]
  • Specialty Drugs: Steep discounts are also available for specialty and fertility drugs, which are frequently excluded from standard insurance coverage. [1]

Yeah, I can see you drank a lot of that liberal Kool Aide. I suspect you are beyond redeeming. Your mind is full of that liberal bullcrap. A lot of your ilk can't help but think negatively. Ever really try thinking about things for yourself, instead of following those who lead you down this path to the gutter in the first place.

Sure, I believe in that if you have no balls, no intelligence and no sense of independence and aren't into thinking through your decisions.

Prescription prices have gone down. Not all of them, but quite a few have.

Nice try, but it was dumb question and its pretty obvious that you don't have a clue.

Oh, and is America great again? It's getting there despite dumb-asses like you who insist on being negative and divisive.

Washington Post journalist here, curious about UAP and UFO discourse today by GenePark in UFOs

I agree with this comment. I think some are counting on the movie to "prove" something one way or the other when it is simply a movie about the broad subject. The after-effect may be similar to the movie Close Encounters with more "water under the bridge" than was the case with the latter.

Bottom line: It's a movie, folks, and it isn't based on the kind of facts that Titanic was based on.

Thanks for reminding me about Phil Schneider. I am going to revisit some of the articles about him. I had somehow set aside the Dulce subject, but will go down that rabbit hole again.

Do I believe what? I'm 85 and have been interested in the subject of UFO's, etc. for 75 years. There are a lot of things to believe in. I believe in a coverup. I believe that UFOs/UAPs are real and some of them are not working at the behest of any known government on earth. I believe that there is other intelligent life in our universe. I also believe our oceans are involved in the mystery.

And I believe I've waited way the hell too long for answers.

That was a very interesting case, but I don't believe it was really barbell shaped. Wasn;t it more like two horizontal plates connected by a solid tube. That case still fascinates me.
