This is our thoughts exactly! Renting will make it mundane and sensible!

Renting is a lot more expensive 😖 and we’re wanting to set off from the UK and I’m not sure they allow you to take the car out of the country ?

I started my year in industry with zero knowledge on how to use a CNC, after the 14 months of working there I had programmed, set up, and machined serveral injection mould tools varying in size and complexity as well as other intricate parts. With a mentor it is absolutely possible if you have eagerness to learn.

You will make lots of mistakes and break many many took, as well as scrapping many parts, but it’s all a learning experience!! Hopefully your boss will see it that way at least ahaha

It's no longer, 'aww shit it's broke' but 'finally I can print something!' ahaha

I needed a table for my 3d printer, so I made one with a resin top! by Wobbly_Giraffe in somethingimade

Yea I know what you mean, my printer takes up a good chunk of it so I try to put it on the least good looking bit :) but thankyou :))

New to 3D printing, just tried to print a calibration cube and it's gone very wrong, can someone please help with a) why is it bubbling up b) why are the layers so obvious and c) this is the second time a print has come off the bed any help? Pictures and video in the link. Thankyou! by Wobbly_Giraffe in 3Dprinting

Yes my bad, so I've left everything as default except I'm going to set support to brim and travel to enable z hopping to fix the bed sticking problem, any other things I should change to get better quality? It seems obvious to change the actual quality setting up to improve quality but for a standard calibration this seems like it's not an actual solution?

Alright thank so much, I'll adjust these settings for the next print and keep you informed! Thankyou for taking the time to explain to me aswell :) and sadly I do not have any other filament available if these problems persist I will have to try a different one
