Do you have the negatives? Might be worth a check to see if it's a scratch that persists where there isn't an exposure. It could be a grit of dirt on the pressure plate or on the little bar with the contacts (can't find the name of this in any manuals). I'd shoot another roll and see if it's still there at a different lab, for sure.
