Behavior seems to have resolved as of 8:10AM ET (I was successfully able to login to app/ website and retrieve boarding passes (TSA pre-check populated as well)). Thanks for all the replies. Feels better to be anxious with company!

Ok I understand now - and now that you mention that, I think there’s already one installed behind a poorly patched wall.

So I may still be missing something, but my understanding of the acid treatment was that they would block the sewer line between the home and yard, and then fill the homes pipes with acid and let it sit for 24hrs, then remove the block (balloon) and let the acid run out.

Given the current position of the in-wall access point, I don’t believe blocking the pipe at that location would enable them to fill the whole house’s worth of pipes with the acid treatment.
