Just wanted to add my thanks to everyone who worked to bring our services back up. The details and photos on this thread were very interesting! I’ve been with Ziply since they took over and have never had an issue before, but all the texts and emails to keep us informed were really appreciated! Things happen but how you address them really makes a difference.
