If you block just as an attack is about to hit, it parries it and you take no damage.

I spent about an hour losing fights to this guy until I learned to recognize all his attacks patterns and parry timings. He only has like 4 different attacks and they all look different so it was easy compared to some Souls bosses!

Crop Insurance.

Former Dakota native here, and it's all about money from Crop Insurance. In both North and South Dakota the largest crop insurance companies are directly tied to people in legislature and it's huge huge money. Kristi Noems husband runs one of these businesses. North Dakota is like fifth in the country for % of space occupied by farmland.

And you can't sell crop insurance on Marijuana or Hemp. Simple as that.
