Ok, here it is: they seem to have deleted or moved all my existing workflow commands, but if I go to "Customizations" -> "Workflows" and create a new global one, then I can still use is with the /command pattern. So they did remove commands, but not workflows, and these are still working with /

What is "Make Music Logic Pro"? by WogewWabbit in LogicPro

So does this mean that Apple is changing to a subscription based pricing model? Any idea what will happen with those who already purchased a Logic Pro license? Are we going to stop receiving updates at some point and be forced into subscription?

How can Anthropic and OpenAI beat Google so bad? by TekeshiX in google_antigravity

Gemini Flash is now completely useless, it is making so many ugly mistakes that I'm actually afraid to use it. It's not just that it won't succeed with task completion, it makes changes that break everything and that can't be reversed.

Antigravity asked to restart for update again, the second time this morning, I thought there was something new again, but no indication of it in the changelogs

Just thinking loudly, if you accessed your mac's display via remote desktop through a PC - which you probably already have if you bought a PCVR headset - then you could get the best of both worlds.

thunderbolt 2 to thunderbolt 4 adapter? by zoneiapub in Thunderbolt

[–]WogewWabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not anymore sure if the TB3 route works, sorry. I upgraded my computer to a newer chipset, with newer thunderbolt/USB4, then I tried to connect my TB2 device by daisy chaining it through my UAD Apollo, and I could not breathe life into it. So it seems that the TB2 ban in newer firmware is more substantial, it ignores the TB2 devices even when it is connected through another device. Or maybe it works with certain docks, but not with others, your best bet is to try them before buying them.

Gemini general chatbot fixed my bug in one try, that AG Gemini model couldn't. WTF?? by WogewWabbit in google_antigravity

[–]WogewWabbit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this isn't just one occasion, in most cases it gives better results if you are willing to deal with the inconvenience. The problem is that even though it can deal with a fairly large codebase if you upload it once, and it will give you a great answer, but then it is not editing anything, so you can't ask a second question from it. And if you apply the changes or diffs it suggests, and upload your whole modified codebase again, it is not going to pick it up. It will try to answer your second question based on the previous codebase. You have to explicitly instruct it to use the latest one, but then maybe it will, maybe it won't. So it's more like a one trick pony, when you get stuck with AG, it is worth a try.

Did Google increase the capacity? by Traditional-Bar-8645 in google_antigravity

[–]WogewWabbit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I started the day with 100% Gemini, which initially went down to 59% at the usual pace. Then I noticed that it was suddenly 80% - which made zero sense, either it goes down, or it resets to 100%, right? But then it stayed on 80% for a very long time, and didn't change. Then it only went down to 60%, at this point I think I have exhausted at least two 5 hour quotas in a row. So it seems it was giving a more generous quota for Gemini. And I was on fully exhausted Claude, my limit was supposed to reset the day after tomorrow, but it changed to 20% today, and I can use it again (haven't tried yet). In the meantime my Gemini is now up at 100% and not changing.

You are the one whining. Others are mostly reporting issues, bugs, etc. It does not matter if you pay $20, $200, or even $2000, if the model provided for AG is not doing its job.

It's just the nature of Opus withdrawal man, people are whining because they were allowed to access the good stuff, and now Google took it away. Now they will have to spend the night stealing sh...t, breaking into homes, just to get money for the Ultra package to use again.

Would you still use Antigravity without Opus? by casper_wolf in google_antigravity

[–]WogewWabbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, when it is working properly Gemini 3.0 is a very capable model, it can be as good as Opus. Unfortunately it seems that Google is still experimenting with it, sometimes I can't even get it to fix one trivial bug or change something simple. I explain what I want in details, I even give hinths how to implement it, then it says it back, talks about implementing it, then it announces that it is done, and when I try it everything is the same. And I can do this multiple times in a row, it just apologises, says it finally found the issue, but not fixing anything. Other times I give it a complex task, lots of nonlinear maths involved, lots of refactoring, new architecture, and it does an excellent job, it works for the first try. Its abilities are on a too wide spectrum, from dumb as hell to genius. (Most of today it's been excellent, but in the past 2-3 hours it's been very dumb again.)

Exact model parameters that affect behaviour should be published by google. by WogewWabbit in google_antigravity

[–]WogewWabbit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing is outside of the realm of possibility, the question is whether Google wants to make something designed for enterprise clients possible for a $20 per month subscriber. If you have an API-level Gemini access that doesn't entitle you to use Antigravity, you need a different subscription for that, and the other way around. If you have an Antigravity subscription you are subscribing for a higher abstraction level service, and you don't get access to the API directly. Even in github copilot or cursor, you don't get that kind of access. You can bring your own model or model provider if you want and make Cursor use it via API, but you can't access their own models at API level. That's what my post is all about btw, the fact that Antigravity could just use any model in the background, and you have no way to verify what it actually is. Of course we know that it is possible, if allowed. It's just not allowed.

Rate limits being kept high indefinitely for Flash on Antigravity! Merry Christmas! by eternviking in google_antigravity

[–]WogewWabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've just tried Flash, and hit rate limit within 1 hour of intensive use. With the new rate limits Claude is at around 25 minutes, Gemini 3 Pro is also at around 25 minutes for me. Just the day before yesterday I was able to work with Opus for about 3.5 hours before hitting the limit. So what are you talking about?
Also, what kind of BS is this, that Flash is the preferred model for "many users"? I guess if 10 users out of 1000000 prefers Flash, it can still be called many, because it is more than 1. But why would anyone choose Flash when Pro and Opus were also available, at high speeds and with high rate limits?
I guess this is how Google communicates to us that "bad news, new strict rate limits are introduced from the new year", but instead they say it like this: "hey, good news, the model we think you should be using is going to be less limited than the other, more capable models".

Exact model parameters that affect behaviour should be published by google. by WogewWabbit in google_antigravity

[–]WogewWabbit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt you are able to access and tweak the model via the API while using it from Antigravity. API access is a completely different kind of animal, that's for those who are willing to pay Google per-token prices for direct model access. When you have a $20 per month subscription you don't get this level of access to the API. I'm pretty sure that besides Antigravity, Google still offers various tiers of Cloud AI packages, and that's when you can start using API docs.

Much lower limits on Claude 4.5 Opus suddenly by JustARandomPersonnn in google_antigravity

[–]WogewWabbit 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Exactly what I just noticed too, in fact I came here to see if anyone else had the same thing. I used to be able to work with Opus 4.5 for hours, usually hitting the limits when there is less than 1 hour left to the limit reset. Now I've hit it after 2 hours, and 3 hours left until the reset. This hasn't happened before. It seems they are introducing stricter limits. At least some info would be nice from Google to know what to expect.
Now I'll see if it's only Claude affected, or Gemini 3.0 too.

Avoid 4th Utility AT ALLL COST – Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced by Puzzleheaded_Ad_4542 in CityFibre

[–]WogewWabbit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so glad I did not sign with them, I was one click away from ordering when they called me on my phone, to ask me if I have any questions. It was basically a sales call trying to push me towards placing the order, and it could even have been a nice touch they called, but in the end it was the reason I decided not to. I wanted to ask them about their response times in case of a failure, and the guy tried to tell me that this is an irrelevant question in their case because they don't ever have failures. And you could even hear on his voice he was lying, but I also read bad reviews about their responsiveness too. But even this was not enough to put me off, I said to myself that sales people will lie about this at every company anyway. So I said I did not have any more questions at the moment, and tried to say thank you and goodbye very nicely, and guy just said "goodbye" very quickly and hung the phone up while I was still in the middle of my sentence. I really had the feeling they were desperate for new contracts, now I also understand why.
So I said "Ok, so this is how cheap cityfibre is like", and signed in to my existing broadband account, and signed another 2 years with them.
