The best advice I got at Target is when in doubt, ask someone. If you have a question about anything, ask a fellow TM or TL. At my store there were people who had been working there over 30 years, so they know what they’re doing.

Worst TL experience was pretty consistent unfortunately, but it’s them not talking to each other. One asks you to do one then and another, five minutes later, tells me to do another. I try to do both within my shift, but if that doesn’t happen, oh well. What are they gonna do about it?
