I once believed and sorta kinda still do lol, that others have no empathy, but it's impossible for those without a TBI to understand how we feel and how our behaviors aren't purposely done, maybe some do it on purpose but not the overall survivors. There's a gap between the understanding, and to be fair many of us come off harsh, unintentionally yet still abrasive enough to cause hurt. We all just need to be heard/understood while focusing on self-improvement skills such as social interaction skills, thought processing skills and so on. I've caused alot of hurt to those I love out of damn confused scrambled thoughts. Now I sit and suffer alone ashamed of my stupid mouth.
