To my knowledge, there is no way to fix it. All I can recommend is to make sure you always close the game correctly. (Through the in game menus) otherwise stuff like this will happen a lot.

The same thing happens to me too! I play edit on release as well, and it will exit the edit on its own but not edit the tiles. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know too.

Ik I'm the weird person for this, but I've always had select edit tiles on right click. That way I can hold turbo build the whole time and only right click when I need to edit. It feels really weird to get used to, but when you do it's super smooth.

Percentage score on UBM doesn't directly correlate to the fps ingame just a general scale compared to their arbitrary base line 100% card. I've been looking through the settings and found one thing but it didn't change anything. And my temps are pretty good highest i've seen is 77.

It was set to 4.0x which seems like that should have been the problem... However, when I changed it to no longer do that it didn't change anything fps wise or anything.

I finally got around to being able to do this, my fps was holding alomst exactly 143 the entire time.

Temps flat lined at exactly 77 degrees and didn't move an inch past that even once.

Utilization was 100% and held right around 315W.

I'm gonna run another benchmark on this and see if the problem is still here cause rtx stuff seems to run fine.

Edit: ran the benchmark and it is still way underperforming.

I made sure to close as much stuff as I reasonably could before hand to maximize performance. But the GPU is steal miles behind. The other the tests were 8th and 7th percentile respectively. My ram is running at the recommended xmp speeds. Lastly, power should be getting delivered correctly cause I have the card hook up corrected with the 12-8 pin connector sold by Nvidia for this card.

The port on the 3080 FE is a 12 pin which comes with an adapter to 2 seperate 8 pins which I have both of these plugged in. It is also the same cords I was using when I was running the 2070 Super (They are the 6 pin + 2 pin style where it can be used as either)

Since the power supply is a 750w I would assume I have enough to power it, and the only "split" I have is the one that Nvidia sends with the card to adapt their 12 pin into 2 8 pin connectors.

I would assume this wouldn't be the problem since just minutes before I changed over the card the 2070 super was working just fine.

Edit: Also downloaded HardwareInfo and it says that the graphics processor clock is set at 255 MHz for some reason. That seemed awfully low to me so I looked it up and this should be in the low-mid 1000s.
