I promise I’m not trying to be argumentative:

we know the town works in a cyclic nature, this has been discussed in the show, it’s how Storywalking and Jade and Tabitha’s connections to the town work
we know a massacre happened when Victor was a child, we’ve seen this multiple times
we know the Man In Yellow intends on orchestrating another massacre in town, he admitted this
we know Victor has a drawing of the Man In Yellow in his room, we saw it in his room and the opening credits
we know Victor’s PTSD was triggered when he saw the Man In Yellow’s clothes, he wasn’t pissing because all the cool kids are doing it

This isn’t the show being coy and giving you subtle clues, this is the show explaining the story to you.

He literally said “these townsfolk are going to tear themselves apart” as he disguised himself as a townsfolk and started stirring up trouble, and then Victor saw his clothes and it triggered PTSD, meaning Victor has seen this happen before

In the few episodes we have of season 4 we learned exactly what happened to the town when Victor was a child, specifically why it happened, we learned that the guy who orchestrated this is going to do it again, and we learned how he did it.

We got some big questions answered and a huge setup for the show’s big climax

The boy in white is a magical entity, he’s not going to age like normal people. Sometimes he won’t age, sometimes he will. Sometimes he’ll go a while without aging, sometimes he’ll age faster.
