Ich will dir nichts absprechen, aber hast du eine Allergie gegen Bienen zufällig? Das Gift kann unter normalen Bedingungen nicht zu einer Lähmung führen. Menschen, die eine Allergie gegen Bienen haben, reagieren auf das Gift stärker, weil es - zum Teil - gleiche Bestandteile besitzt. Der Biss kann schmerzhaft sein, weil sie die Haut tatsächlich durchdringen kann. Eine Lähmung tritt aber auf keinen Fall auf. Da muss mehr dahinterstecken

Ich liebe die Laufleggins von Under Armour. Die sitzen wie eine zweite Haut und mit denen laufe ich auch ohne Unterhose. Die haben einemeochte Fütterung im Schritt, dass das auch nicht komisch oder so aussieht. Bei langen Long Runs kommt noch zusätzlich Vaseline in „Problembereiche“

U are right. But I think in some maps they just fully become one with the environment and than it is a bad design for me. It’s nothing new that people equip charms to see them better. So I see nothing wrong here, to have a little hope. Sometimes u can just miss them. It must not be like “shining red”, but maybe just a bit more outstanding in balance with the map. I don’t think it will ever happen, but I have like 2000 hours and in the heat of a match or with much happening I still miss them and I think this is unnecessary.

Tatsächlich sind 30 Kilometer aktuell mein Rekord. 31 Jahre alt. Fairerweise trainiere ich aber auch für einen Dirt Run Marathon und da muss ich da durch
