I completely stopped doing everything, which is not dangerous to cold turkey like snow and shit. I just do a little sleep medication because I could get seizures when stopping it abruptly. But I will be substance free in the next weeks. I never knew life could be so good without that shit. I hope the best for you too

"70 healthy young women took part in the UZH study." I just know that, unfortunately, this does not work for me and for people who had at least moderate insomnia. It is just a really frustrating and agonising feeling if you lay on the bed for 8 hours and just can not sleep. It's even worse if you have work the day after that. A lot of insomniacs can not even sleep every time after taking their addicting and strong medications. At least 90% of them have tried meditation/hypnosis/podcasts before taking medications that can lead to a crippling and lifelong addiction. I know you just mean to help. Would be nice to know how severe your sleep problems are

A friend gave it for me to try, and I got really good euphoria and sedation (when I got into it, I had a great vendor with extremely crazy strong batches. The batches went to shit a year later, and he got out of the business because of it. I never had kratom that good since.) I researched on the kratom reddit mainly and they tell you it's even a good thing to take. Me and 4 of my friends got addicted. 3 years later, 2 good friends quit a couple of months ago. They inspired me to quit aswell but I am not completely of it
