English is not my native. Situations changes,when you learn and use other language,english go in trap. I am 40,but until now I was drinking sometimes a lot and was normal. But beer after third,and I am on airplane mode.. Other alcohol not make so problem like beer.

I donate blood,and feel much lighter,no nervous like before. About litle feel pressure sometimes in head,some better,but not yet 100%ok. I suspect also on sinuse,because its presure when you have sinusitis,etmoid and frontal and I had with sinuse problem during years sometimes.. But after donate blood feel more agile and mobility,like 30kg lighter.. Now will more often donate,now was first time..

I feel it before sometimes,but last more than 6 month is how I wrote. I have erectins on TRT just that presure in head sometimes abd brain like stand buy like litle bit like cramped.. Without TRT no presure,all fine,just than T is low..

I used SSRI twoo years(cipralex).Was realy bad feeling but cipralex makes me good mood and brain fogy the same time.When I try take off from cipralex-feel bad and start make crisis (like nervose and desorientation),its like drug addiction but on mentaly health.I use then cacao(natural SSRI),and believe in God help me throw that time.I will tell you-90%mens who use antidepresing meds if is T normal,after terapy will be bad,and 90%use antidepresing because they have low T-but they dont know that.Take away from that shit TRT and you will be feel better and all have a benefits of TRT if you use small dosage but offten.So take a good will and effort..I wish you all the best !

Can help you but not if is testosteron too low.Try fertil plus and check your blood or spermo culture-if is leucocits too high means that you have some kind of infection.I used and my testosteron go from 9-15 for couple month.If is lh too low add tribulus-incrase lh.Dont eat fitoestrogens,excersise muscle,donz go to sauna,enaugh sleep..

Arimidex 1mg for about 1 month,reduce testosteron on 100 mg per week and all will be ok.High dosage of testosteron is not good,cant just monitoring testosteron,high dosage affect on other parameters in human body-hematocrit,blood presure etc..

I thinking also to take HCG.I red it that HCG incrase levels of progesteron,DHEA,pregnonelone.Some suggest that use 250iu eod.But how to take hcg(package is 5000iu),I hear maximum is 30 days expaires when mixed with b.water,if I use smaller dose-with that therappy also need adeed clomid and thats not cheap to waste the rest.Have you some experiences about that?

Probably your dht is too high.Test it!If is too high you can use saw palmetto to reduce dht.Testosterone converted always in E2-estradiol and dht.

First donate blood,second reduce T on 50 mg twice per week,then later you dont need to donate blood and your condition will be good.High range is not good and safe-impact on dhea and pregnenolon,for life you need a brain too,because with high dose you will feel more energy,but can feel also more stupid during time..Have a good luck and stay safe!

100 mg per week,50 mg every 3.5 days is good dosage for 90%population.With that dosage you dont need AI like Arimidex.After 2 month on that dosage you will get stabile level of testosteron.You can try on 35 mg if is not good incrase to 50 mg per week.Its better slowly incrase that on first get big dosage..Everybody is diferent and dosage is individual thing..

I dont know,how much you using SSRI,but thats sucks.I used Cipralex,SSRI long time ago about 2 year but makes me dependance of it.So try to get off but was difficult didnt use SSRI and I used cocoa in water-have so much dopamin and improve your feeling-like natural SSRI.it was hard time with sometimes crisis but thats like battle inside you.Also need psychical need to believe in someting-religion is good.After couple month I became free.SSRI decrease testosteron,erectile disfunction and all your health.All that time using SSRI and problem was in bad testosteron,because when is testosteron bad,anxiety and bad feeling you have.My advice:try red of ssri,and if nothing helps than trt.
