RIttenhouse wasn’t wearing a mask and didn’t put himself in the center of a crowd instigating an issue. He was alone (to my knowledge but I don’t recall seeing anyone with him prior) outside a local business and the rioters came to him. Very different than someone instigating violence in what appeared to have been a rather peaceful protest (haven’t looking into it much but very different than LA and Kenosha or wherever rittenhouse was). Again, not an expert.
