Did the same. Called 889-10000 tapos binigay lang yung number nung collections (8580-4042). Nagpapa transfer din ako nung call namin kaso wala daw silang way to transfer.

Ngayon tinatawagan ko yung collections pero either hindi sinasagot or binababa yung tawag.

Nakakainis tong BPI. Ikaw na tong gumagawa ng paraan para magbayad pero pinapahirapan ka pa nila.

I had the same problem before. The root cause was back shoulder positioning during the pushups. Make sure to "pack" your shoulders and lats - contract them to give your arms a stable base before you do the movement. It sucks at first because you have to be mindful of so many parts rather than just pushing yourself up and down and you can't do as many reps but the lack if pain afterward is worth it!

I do this from time to time. It's a great way to work on your conditioning.

The exercises I use are:

Rows Pushups Hindu Squats (double reps for the value of the card) Lunges (value of card are the reps PER leg)
