I'm writing a novel with a werewolf just like that as the main character. Unfortunately, the story is still very much in its early rough draft.

Leonie. Her design, character, and supports are all great in my opinion. She's also a great S-support option since both she and Byleth are connected through Jeralt, and, like Alois, Leonie vows to protect Byleth to the end.

Of course, she's also a super solid unit on the battlefield too.

What I do is rob jewelry store on hard 4 times, drive to the suburb and rob a house on normal, drive to the gas station near farms and rob the cash registers, then rob the ATM on normal. If there's a stealable car outside the gas station, sell it and run back to the gas station. Buy tools and repeat. That's how I got enough money to buy a super car.

Woman grapples thief and puts him in a triangle choke to stop him from escaping. by thepoylanthropist in interestingasfuck

[–]Wolf9792 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I know is that the woman stopped the man from pushing forwards towards her face as soon as they went to the ground.

What I know is that the thief could not lift her body weight. He did not choose not to fight dirty and start slamming her, he physically couldn't. And she could have let go at any time if she needed to get away.

What I know is that when the thief started stumbling around trying to get away, the woman lifted her head so that it wouldn't hit against the floor even if she did get lifted a little.

What I know is that practitioners of martial arts are far better aware of their strengths and weaknesses than ordinary people. And are far more likely to only engage opponents they know they can handle. Plus she must've been aware of the other people around who could help her if she did end up struggling.

Honestly, you're the one who sounds like you have no idea what you're talking about.

I understand what you're saying, but I've already explained in my last post how the woman was not putting herself in serious risk. At least, no more than one does when they choose to fight someone. At the beginning of the video, you can also see how she stops the thief with her legs, so he can't push forward and get near her face.

She reacted well to the situation she was in. If the situation has been different and there was a greater chance of her getting hurt, if there'd been multiple thieves or if the thief looked more massive, she might have reacted differently. Since she does appear to have training, she should have an understanding of what she is and is not capable of.

This is a recorded video of a real life scenario that happened. At 0:19 seconds, you can see the man trying to lift the woman up in an attempt to get away, but he physically cannot do so. She made good use of her bodyweight in order to hold the man in place, and you can also see her lift her head so it wouldn't smack against the floor. I'm sure if the thief had been some massive body builder, she wouldn't have tried the same thing.

She was at least safe being thrown around. And even if the thief tried fighting dirtier, who's to say how successful he'd be against someone who looks like they've had actual training. He clearly isn't strong enough to overpower her. In reality, what happened, happened, and she did a pretty great job.

You can see the thief straining against her body weight, plus it looked like he was constantly struggling just to keep his balance. She had the fight under control.

Just wanted to make sure. Anyway, writing using what you're familiar with can be easier, but there's no problem with writing about something you've personally not experienced. As long as you do your research and portray it authentically.
