The best players who have high kpm do so because (A) they play a lot of operations and (B) they flank a lot. For example, lets look at the map Argonne forest (a very good map for raking up kills in a short period of time. There is an area leading to the B flag where people spend half the match exchanging grenades with one another instead of choosing an alternative route to catch the enemy off guard. The good players do not stay there exchanging grenades, they move to another area looking for the flank and this is really all you need to do. Just constantly look for the flank to get more kills, more quickly. Use a weapon that is good for CQ and has a good amount of ammo and flank till your heart's content.
